Richard Bartholomew is native of South Africa and spent his formative years in Australia.  Richard launched his real estate career more than 35 years ago and quickly became one of the top-producing luxury agents in Sydney. Growing up in a family of real estate developers, he took an interest in real estate at a young age and opened his own office within just a few years of earning his license.

Seeking to further his career, Richard brought his entrepreneurial spirit and real estate know-how abroad to the luxury market of Beverly Hills establishing himself as one of the top-producing agents in the area for the next 13 years. In 2009, he moved to the desert area and continued his successful real estate career with blockbuster agencies such as Sotheby’s International, The Agency and Compass.

Richard’s business acumen and knowledge for expertly navigating complex deals has earned him a reputation as one of the most skilled in his field with a loyal clientele. He prides himself on his integrity, professionalism and exceptional closing skills, going above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied with every aspect of their real estate experience and that they enjoy themselves in the process.

Richard has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has sold more than $950 million throughout his career. With experience in luxury real estate around the world, and having managed offices in Sydney, Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Puerto Vallarta, Richard brings his stellar reputation and vast International contact list as a Founding Partner to  Bahia Partners with a focus on Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit.

When not selling Real Estate, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He contributes to Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) and Family Equality Council.
