His peripatetic childhood and subsequent life-long love of travel have been instrumental in forming Rob’s expansive world view. Prior to living in Vallarta, Rob and Kevin spent 18 of their 21 years in New Orleans running a successful B&B where they honed their top-notch, personal style of service. Real estate for Rob is simply another expression of his customer-centric, service-first approach with clients.

Initially planning to “retire” in Vallarta after more than two decades of frequent visits, a year of “tanning on the beach and traveling” was all Rob needed to know that “work” was not just another four-letter word, rather it was something he missed – the sense of connection, of having an active social life and being around a diverse group of people of all age groups, straight, gay, young and the young at heart. Relying on rudimentary Spanish when he first moved to Vallarta, Rob also experienced firsthand that daunting feeling of “what next” after the purchase of his first property, being left to figure out how to get the utilities and services connected, who to call if something broke and how to pay taxes or trust fees. That’s when the proverbial lightbulb went off: the idea of offering a personalized, concierge level of service to real estate clients by helping others ease their transition into this new life by sticking with them and helping them after the sale.
